Who We Are
Wiht Promotions was started in 2025 by Bayely Adkins-Hughes, Jake Davies, Kieren Hawkewell, and Ellis Evison. Bayley, Kieren, and Ellis had previously worked with each other, with them all being part of the metal band JADED, which was where they noticed something about the metal scene on the Isle of Wight. Metal bands of any kind were not getting regular opportunities and to truly showcase their talents on the Isle of Wight, and due to the divide from the mainland in the form of the solent, there was a barrier of isolation when trying to find opportunities on the mainland.
at it's inception, Wiht Promotions started as a university project between the three of them, when Jake Davies joined the project with his drive to see larger bands travel to the Isle of Wight and pull large crowds to prove that metal was alive on the island, and knowledge of south coast metal bands who could be interested in collaborating with Wiht. It was at this point when Wiht Promotions was truly formed and moved forward with their goal of providing a platform for the expansion and development of the metal scene on the Isle of Wight, as well as nurturing local talent and helping Isle of Wight bands secure regular opportunities for shows both on the island, and across the south coast of England.
